Jade Maric, Jacqui Norrie and Jodie Collins make up Cleanaway’s NSW Solids leadership team in the New England region, located in Northern NSW. Area Manager Jade oversees the New England region, with Operations Manager Jodie responsible for the Armidale and Tamworth sites and Operations Manager Jacqui responsible for the Moree site.

The teams across the New England regions are strongly involved in their communities through education initiatives and community events. They have recently represented the community through truck artwork school competitions in collaboration with the Narrabri, Moree and Gwydir Shires, with the winning artworks displayed proudly on the sides of Cleanaway recycling trucks. The Tamworth and Moree were also the first to feature an adapted version of the My Country My Community artwork by artist Edikan.

We spoke to Jade, Jacqui and Jodie – also known by their nickname ‘the Triple J crew’ – about their experiences in leadership roles at Cleanaway, the challenges they have faced, and some of their proudest achievements.

Pictured from left: Jodie Collins, Jade Maric and Jacqui Norrie

Jade Maric, Area Manager for New England, is based at the Tamworth site and is responsible for 50 staff, 60 vehicles and four depots. Cleanaway in the New England area holds seven municipal contracts, as well as container deposit scheme (CDS) services.

Coming from a background in the construction and mining industries, Jade joined Cleanaway at Newman in WA seven years ago and has been in Tamworth for the past four years. “It’s been a remarkable journey. The opportunities I have been afforded have been incredible, and I have been promoted three times in four years”, said Jade.

In her time with Cleanaway, Jade has been involved with many projects, including several tenders, the roll out of the CDS, and the challenge of finding ways to continue servicing customers when Cleanaway’s fleet was temporarily grounded. “I’ve learned an incredible amount, especially managing through drought, bushfires and COVID over the past 12 months”, she said.

Jade described how looking after the mental health of her staff has been one of the challenges during the past year and says that the key is to stay in regular contact with them. “Increased interaction and maintaining a heightened awareness of changes in behaviour is important, as well as improved access to employee assistance programs”, Jade explained.

Working closely with her team is something that’s important to Jade at all times. “My proudest moments at Cleanaway are always in celebrating the successes of my team”, said Jade. “Whether it’s a collective contract win or an individual being recognised by through a promotion, invitation onto a national committee, or awards and rewards, seeing my people succeed gives me immense pride and appreciation for the opportunities that working for Cleanaway presents us.”

“We were recently awarded a seven-year collections contract with Tamworth Regional Council, commencing on 1 July 2021. Although Cleanaway is the incumbent provider, this contract will include new fleet and bins and I’m so excited to work with the team to launch the new contract.”

Jacqui Norrie is Operations Manager at Moree, where she is responsible for 15 employees and 13 trucks, as well as overseeing the Moree Plains, Narrabri and Gwydir Shire contracts. Site operations also include operating front lift trucks for business collections in Moree and Narrabri, emptying reverse vending machines (RVMs) as part of the CDS, and operating an organics facility that supplies compost to the shires.

Coming to Cleanaway around 14 months ago from an operations manager role at an agricultural dealership, Jacqui has enjoyed learning about the waste industry and being part of Cleanaway’s mission to make a sustainable future possible. “I find it challenging, but very rewarding”, Jacqui said of her role at Cleanaway. “I was very excited and proud to have recently won the Continuous Improvement award in the Star Awards, as well as being nominated for the NSW Best in Class – We Make A Difference award”.

As well as her operational responsibilities, Jacqui coordinates Cleanaway’s education initiatives in the regions and focuses on engagement in the local communities. “We’re involved with schools and community events, such as markets, to promote an understanding of resource recovery and encourage better recycling habits”, Jacqui explained. “Cleanaway also supports local businesses, sourcing as much as possible from local suppliers and using local services such as electricians and repairers”.

Cleanaway trucks from Jacqui’s site were recently decked out in artwork created by students from across the Moree Plains, Narrabri and Gwydir Shires. The three councils ran a truck art competition based on the theme ‘Be green, keep your recycling clean’, and the winning artworks were selected by Jacqui and local councillors.

Jodie Collins joined Cleanaway in September 2019 as part of the Customer Service team, followed by a role overseeing fleet maintenance and health & safety requirements for the Tamworth and Armidale depots.

“When an opportunity to progress to operations manager came about, I transitioned to that role only 12 months after commencing with Cleanaway”, said Jodie. “I enjoy the diversity of this role and the day-to-day challenges it brings. No day is the same and there is never a dull moment. I have an amazing group of people working with me who have been so incredibly supportive of my transition to operations manager.”

Before joining Cleanaway, Jodie spent 15 years at WesTrac in varied high-pace roles involving operations coordination, people management, financial compliance, safety, and stakeholder management.

Jodie’s previous experience in the heavy vehicle industry has been valuable in her role at Cleanaway. “It has given me more confidence to engage with internal and external people when it comes to maintaining our fleet”, she explained. “I have also been able to adapt quickly to our health & safety requirements, coming from a similarly rigorous safety culture. Working with a wide range of people has also given me an understanding and appreciation for the important roles that we all play – without each other, the cogs stop turning”.

Jodie is looking forward to assisting with the commencement of the new Tamworth Regional Council contract and the new fleet. “I commenced as operations manager towards the end of the current contract and the older vehicles have presented some challenges. It will be lovely for our operators to be driving new and improved vehicles”, said Jodie.

“I am proud that Cleanaway has recognised my skills and commitment and given me the opportunity to improve my career. I have met some fabulous people and I love my Cleanaway family”, Jodie highlighted.

"I remember for many Christmases, he always came to the door with bags of lollies and mini bins and I remember seeing his big old Thiess truck out front behind him."

The first garbo Jarrad Taylor ever met was Cleanaway Driver David Wilkinson or Dave Wilko for short. Jarrad became very close to Dave growing up and was inspired by him to become a Cleanaway driver himself.

“I remember for many Christmases, Dave would always come to the door with bags of lollies and mini bins and I remember seeing his big old Thiess truck out front behind him,” said Jarrad. “He came in and it was like he was a part of the family. He always had something to give me every time I saw him. He’s just meant so much to me especially with me being autistic.”

Jarrad lost all communication with Dave in recent years and knowing that Dave works at our North Wyong Depot, he asked if Cleanaway could plan a reunion.

“I get a bit sentimental when I think about how I’ve lost touch with Dave for that long and that he has moved depots.” Jarrad explained. “He moved off my suburb run nine years ago and I’ve only seen him from afar on an oddball litter run. He does not know I work for Cleanaway so I figured we could possibly organise a reunion through Cleanaway.”

Education Officer Michelle Murrell and Municipal Contract Manager Anthony Davidson from our Somersby Depot contacted Branch Manager Mark Tildesley and worked behind the scenes for a surprise reunion.

Dave was called into the North Wyong depot where he currently works to ‘collect a trainee driver’, who turned out to be none other than Jarrad and his mum, Kylie. There were smiles on everyone’s faces when all parties met, and they spent the afternoon reconnecting and reminiscing about old times.

“18 years in the making. The man who inspired a career in the waste industry for me – Dave Wilko. All started when I was a baby and he was my recycle garbo. All started from there, that simple.” said Jarrad after their meeting.

As a single dad of two young girls, it’s great to be able to start early and be home with the family after.

With a twinkle in his eyes, and a smile on his face, front lift driver Ben Van Gemert is a familiar sight in Katoomba, NSW, having worked at our depot for 13 years. Ben is known for taking pride in both his work and his truck, which he washes after every shift.

One of the things Ben loves about Cleanaway is the flexible hours he gets for his shifts. “As a single dad of two young girls, it’s great to be able to start early and be home with the family after,” Ben said. “Also, the Blue Mountain boys and Nat (Natalie Morton, Operations Supervisor) are a great bunch to work with. We have a great team at the Katoomba branch.”

As a driver, Ben has had his share of finding peculiar things in bins, as well as encountering occasional wildlife during his routes. “I’m always finding wildlife like possums in bins,“ Ben recalled. “It’s not uncommon for a few possums to jump out the truck when I unload at Erskine Park.” In fact, the team at Erskine Park now joke when Ben doesn’t bring in a possum each day.

Possums aren’t the only unusual things Ben finds in his bins

Pictured: Possums aren’t the only unusual things Ben finds in his bins

One of Ben’s career highlights was getting his brand-new Scania truck three years ago. “Getting my truck was like all new was like all my Christmas’ come at once! I had previously been driving an old Iveco for ten years, which was rough as guts. The technology in the trucks has become a lot more advanced and we’ve got a lot busier in the 13 years I’ve been with Cleanaway.”

Ben also had the pleasure of taking NSW Solids GM David Clancy on a ride-along. Meeting at the depot at 4am, David helped empty a few bins during the ride. “I’ve met Dave a few times – he’s a top bloke. He specifically asked to come on a truck with me, which was great.” Ben said.

We appreciate Ben, not only for his solid dedication and service of 13 years, but also his positive attitude during these trying times. Good job, Ben! You definitely have the Cleanaway drive.

Cleanaway Education Officer GeorgetteCleanaway Education Officer Georgette holds a Bachelor of Science Double Major and First-Class Honours in Ecology & Environmental Science from the University of Adelaide. Georgette has a keen interest in sustainability and enjoys exploring and implementing resource recovery solutions for a wide variety of businesses and educational institutions.

Georgette is particularly passionate about diverting organic materials such as food and green waste from landfill. Organic material is one of the most recyclable waste streams and can be turned into nutrient-rich compost to nourish soil, used as animal feed or even turned into electricity to power homes and businesses through energy-from-waste technology.

“Food waste is also a major problem in Australia, costing the economy around $20 billion each year – that’s 7.3 million tonnes of food or 300kgs per person!” Organics recycling is an opportunity for commercial kitchens, nursing homes and schools to increase their recycling rates while reducing the cost of the general waste bin. It’s a win-win situation for both the environmental and economic bottom lines when businesses choose an organics recycling service with us.” says Georgette.

Georgette’s customers range from early learning centres to supermarkets, where she helps these businesses understand exactly what they are wasting through waste audits and inspections, then finding the right recycling solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. Her work is not done once the service in place – Georgette plays a key role in providing ongoing support through staff education programs, bin signages and continuous monitoring to improve waste systems.

Cleanaway provides industry-leading waste and recycling education programs that include our online e-learning portal Greenius, site visits, waste audits, waste stream management, optimised internal bin set ups, waste education signage, staff training, age-appropriate student training programs, and ongoing support through a locally-based Education Officer, just like Georgette.

Norman Marsh – better known as Norm – takes care of spare parts and equipment for the Sydney municipal business in NSW Solids. Thanks to the great deal of experience he has in all types of maintenance, Norm is often called upon in those sticky situations for his opinion and knowledge on where to source something or how to repair it, not only by his team but others across the state. He is a reliable, valued and respected team member who is best known for letting you know if he thinks you are doing something wrong.

Norm started with Cleanaway in 1980 as a driver operating a J6 Bedford side loader in Islington, Newcastle. The truck’s lifter was operated by a single cylinder and wire cables and involved manual labour to help push the bins up to empty them. Norm says, “I remember the interview and climbing into the old truck with a crash box and doing the vehicle assessment, thinking ‘what am I getting myself into?'” Once he had settled in, Norm found himself at home and continued his career as a driver operating a vast array of vehicles, including an old 1960s Foden Marrell, an F86 Volvo vacuum tanker, a Volvo front lift, a Mack roll on/roll off bale truck and an Iveco Acco vacuum tanker.

Cleanaway won the contract for the North Ryde transfer station and Norm moved locations to become part of the night shift maintenance team. He continued on to Seven Hills and Auburn transfer stations in the same role, then moved to the Municipal workshop in 2007 as a leading hand to look after the vehicle maintenance.

Norm says, “I have seen so many changes over the years, especially when it comes to technology and safety. Once upon a time I used to pump out tanks standing inside wearing rubber boots and not much PPE. I have worked with some great people along the way and have enjoyed working at Cleanaway.”

Thank you for your work, Norm. We truly appreciate your efforts for the last 40 years and we look forward to many more years with you.

National Road Safety Week is an annual initiative to highlight the risk of road incidents and ways to reduce them. At Cleanaway this is even more significant with the number of drivers we have on the road, and the varied environments we operate in to provide an essential service.

Cleanaway teams from across Australia committed to making road safety a priority by pledging to drive so that everyone can go Home Safe every day, drive like their loved ones are on the road ahead and to remove all distractions while driving.

Our branches, offices and sites took the time to reflect on their safety commitment by signing pledges and displaying them on notice boards and in their vehicles.

Profile photo of Cleanaway Graduate Program participant arah Bagster
Sarah Bagster
Sarah completed a Bachelor of Science (Nanoscience and Materials) with honours at the University of Adelaide.

Why did you apply for Cleanaway’s graduate program?
I completed a science degree and an honours year, and I got to the end of it and thought, I’m not a huge research person and would prefer to be a bit more general. I started looking at jobs and grad programs and came across Cleanaway’s program. I really like sustainability and knowing how things work, so the reuse and recycling side of waste management and learning about different processes interested me. I wanted to try many different things and get that variety.

Had you heard about Cleanaway before you applied?
I’d seen Cleanaway trucks and bins around, but I didn’t know that much about the company.

What have you enjoyed the most in your first rotation?
I’ve enjoyed getting out there and being able to visit sites, while getting to learn about a lot of diverse processes. My first rotation was very project based and every project that I did was different – the variety was great. I even got to go to a rural site and do some work on a project out there, which was interesting. It was nice to have that exposure.

Did you have people around you that you could talk to if you needed support?
My manager was great, very knowledgeable and supportive. He’s very busy, but when he could spare the time he was very helpful and taught me so much. During my first rotation I worked with the Liquids Engineering team. They’re a national team of very experienced people that work on a wide range of projects. I could usually get help from my manager or others in my team, but sometimes I would have to work things out on my own or reach out to the people that I was working on a project with. It was an interesting and sometimes challenging situation to be in, but I think it helped me grow a lot.

Do you feel like you’ve learnt a lot in your first rotation?
Yes, I think I’ve learnt a lot about the business in general, as well as the specific areas I worked in. I visited a lot of sites and observed what they do as a whole, so I feel like I have a pretty good grasp of the Liquids side of the business – at least for now. I also got to work a bit on the policy side of the business.

I’ve definitely enjoyed some projects more than others, but having variety is why I’ve enjoyed the rotation so much. My new rotation has some similarities, but it’s quite a bit different – less project-based and more focused on policy and auditing.

Has the program met your expectations so far?
Yes, I would say so – especially given everything that has happened recently with the COVID-19 pandemic. I didn’t have too many expectations; I think I was more willing to go with the flow and try everything.

Would you recommend the program to future graduates?
Yes, it’s been really good. I think it’s suited to a certain kind of person, partly because it’s waste management – someone who wants to go out to waste sites. I’ve had a lot of experiences that I don’t know that I would get in other workplaces. After the initial transition into the workplace, I feel like I’m a part of it now – not just a graduate, but a part of each team.

What can future graduates expect from the program?
You’ll find out what happens to a lot of waste and take a real role in improving how it’s managed. You’ll undertake a wide variety of work throughout the program and you will get to meet and work with people from all over the business. You won’t have your hand held, but your colleagues are there to help when you need them. You’ll definitely have to get out there and you might need to get your hands dirty too.

What advice would you give new graduates looking to find their first job?
Be genuine. Don’t try to be anything you’re not by pretending to have experience that you don’t. Being genuine gets you a lot further and people know who you are and what you can do. Give it a go! What’s the worst that can happen? It’s better to try something and see if you enjoy it than to miss out on the opportunity.

You’ll be gaining experience you wouldn’t have had otherwise. In terms of graduate programs, they are a nice introduction to the workforce and you’re not committed to a particular role. You get a chance to change and see what you like best. It gives you a better understanding of the business as a whole and an opportunity to find where you fit it for when you finish the program.

Cleanaway’s Graduate Program
In 2019, Cleanaway launched our Graduate Program, designed to create career pathways for recent graduates through hands-on experience and insight into Cleanaway and the waste management industry as a whole.

"Being a fresh graduate from university, I didn’t know what to expect of a graduate program. It was an awesome opportunity to be able to work across Solids, Liquid Waste & Health Services, Engineering and Rehab."

Joel McCarten graduated from Melbourne’s RMIT University in with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and joined Cleanaway’s Graduate Program in 2020. We spoke with him to find out what his experience was like, what advice he would give to future graduates, and what he hopes to achieve next.

Joel McCarten

Why did you apply for Cleanaway’s graduate program?
I knew about Cleanaway before I applied for the program as I am interested in the waste management industry and I studied environmental science, so it was a good match. It’s a growing industry and I didn’t realise how big Cleanaway was before joining.

What was your first rotation like?
I worked with the Environmental team across different sites in metro Melbourne, as well as visiting sites in regional areas like Mildura and Portland. My first task was to write up a waste acceptance procedure for the newly acquired SKM facility. Working onsite most days meant I got a really good understanding of the Solids side of the business, followed by experience in the Liquid Waste & Health Services side of the business. I also gained insight through talking to EPA and council visitors to learn what they’re interest in when they come out to sites.

It was a very valuable experience and I built positive relationships with the Environmental team, as well as people at different sites. Just being able to talk to them and see what they do day-to-day provided a lot of knowledge about how the sites work. It’s been a really great six-month start to the program.

What kind of support did you receive from your managers and supervisors?
In my first rotation, we had an Environmental team meeting each week to go through everything that was happening, which I was always involved with. I also spoke to my manager on the phone a few times every day to ask questions and we had a catch-up meeting once a week to see how things were going and to check if I needed anything else from him. You’ve always got someone to talk to if you need help, so it definitely felt like I had plenty of support.

What did you enjoy the most?
Every day was different – I could be onsite taking stormwater samples one day, then working from home to write up a management plan the next day. Then I’d be back onsite to make sure the plan made sense and that the team was happy with it, then it would be implemented.

Not doing the same thing every day was great. Working both outside and inside means you’re not stuck in an office all day – I don’t think I could hack that. When the COVID-19 pandemic started, working from home was a weird experience.

I really appreciated being able to work alongside the team and pester them with questions all the time – I’m sure they were sick of me by the end of it! It’s just really helpful to be able to talk to someone who has been doing the work for so many years and to be able to suck all that knowledge out of them by asking lots of questions.

What were your expectations coming into the program and were they met?
Being a fresh graduate from university, I didn’t know what to expect of a graduate program. Coming in, I didn’t know how big Cleanaway was and it was an awesome opportunity to be able to work across Solids, Liquid Waste & Health Services, Engineering and Rehab.

After studying environmental science, I never expected that I would have the chance to work with the Engineering team at such a huge company, or work in a chemistry lab. Any expectations I had have been well and truly met, and then some.

During your first rotation, have you been able to apply the skills you gained from university?
Yes, I think so. Even from doing a little bit of chemistry at university, it’s all familiar and doesn’t feel brand new. There are still things like specific environmental rules and regulations that you don’t gain exposure to until you’re actually here.

So far, would you recommend the graduate program to future graduates?
Yes, absolutely. It’s an amazing opportunity to be involved in such a big industry with a large company like Cleanaway. I’m really excited to see what the rest of the rotations will bring. The industry is only getting bigger, with more technology involved, and it’s great if you can get your foot in the door.

What can future graduates expect from the program?
It’s a really fast-paced work environment – things seem to happen so quickly here. If you can adapt to that, it will set you on the right track. You can see sites all across Australia and get a really good understanding of how they operate.

Getting to do such a long six-month stint in different areas of the business gives you lots of opportunities to work with experts in the field and gain really valuable knowledge, which you can take with you throughout your career.

What advice would you give to graduates looking to find their first job?
Put yourself out there and just be up for anything that comes your way – be adaptable. Coming out of university, I applied for a fair amount of jobs and obviously you don’t get every job you apply for. You will get knocked back a few times but try to learn from that.

Try to find out where you can improve going forward. If you’re lucky enough to get an interview, be as calm as you can. I know I was quite nervous going in, but it’s important to be yourself and show that you’re going to be a good person to work with. People try to give perfect answers, and there is always a time for that, but I think interviewers want to see who you are as a person and not just a robot reciting perfect answers.

Talk to as many people as you can, find out what they do, and make connections. Keep reading – just anything and everything – and ask lots of questions when you have the opportunity. Coming in, I was a bit nervous about asking too many questions. Everyone always says, “there’s no such thing as a dumb question”, which is true. Try to stay as positive as you can, be proactive, and be eager to learn.

Based on your first rotation, do you feel that you want to work for Cleanaway once you’ve finished the program? Do you have a role in mind?
I would love to stay with a company like Cleanaway, although I haven’t decided yet what role I would like to take on. Coming out of university, I really wanted to get involved in either the waste or water industry, as I figured there’s always going to be a need for both of them. Being from the country, water was always a massive thing – if I can help people and help that industry thrive, I would feel accomplished. I will just have to wait and see what happens after the program, I suppose.

Cleanaway’s Graduate Program
In 2019, Cleanaway launched our Graduate Program, designed to create career pathways for recent graduates through hands-on experience and insight into Cleanaway and the waste management industry as a whole.

The Graduate Program is tailored for people who have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the previous two years and involves rotating placements lasting up to six months, offered in areas including:

  • Engineering (Civil/Chemical)
  • Chemistry/Environmental Science
  • Supply Chain & Logistics

The launch of the program saw hundreds of applications submitted, with the successful graduates commencing with Cleanaway in early 2020.

Darryl’s positive attitude, friendly nature and infectious sense of humour have made him a much-loved part of the team.

The Sydney Municipal team recently celebrated Darryl Durkin’s 25 years of service with Cleanaway. Since September 1995, Darryl has dedicated his career to Cleanaway’s municipal contracts and over this time, he has provided services to many Western Sydney residents.

During his tenure, Darryl has serviced several LGAs including Penrith, Blacktown, Hawkesbury, Canada Bay, Parramatta, Hornsby and The Hills. He has operated numerous types of vehicles including rear lift and side lift collection vehicles of various makes and models.

Darryl’s commitment to and knowledge of the industry saw him step into a supervisor role to manage the operations of the Parramatta and Hornsby contracts for almost ten years. Recently, Darryl made the decision to go back to his roots and jump back into a truck where he is at his happiest – on the frontline, interacting with residents and members of the public.

Darryl’s positive attitude, friendly nature and infectious sense of humour have made him a much-loved part of the team. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and pass on the knowledge that he has learnt during his time at Cleanaway.

Not only does Darryl shine at Cleanaway, but after work he spends countless hours assisting in the Rural Fire Services (RFS). Darryl spent several weeks volunteering during the most recent bushfire season and on behalf of all affected, we thank him and his fellow RFS volunteers for their efforts.

Thank you for your 25 years of service, Darryl. We look forward to many more years with you.

Charana Wijerathna joined Cleanaway’s Graduate Program in 2020Charana Wijerathna graduated from Melbourne’s RMIT University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and joined Cleanaway’s Graduate Program in 2020. We spoke with him to find out what his experience has been like and what he’s learnt so far about what waste has to do with sustainability.

What has your experience in the graduate program been like so far?
It has been an honour to be chosen to participate in Cleanaway’s first graduate program as a graduate civil engineer. With the opportunity to tour some of Cleanaway’s sites (including organics, liquids and medical waste processing facilities), I have been given an incredible amount of exposure that has allowed me to further appreciate the purpose and philosophy of the business. It has been an eye-opening experience to get a sense of the waste we produce as a society and to learn how that waste must be managed with as little risk to the environment as possible.

What’s involved in a graduate program? How does it work?
My program consists of four rotations, each at different Cleanaway sites around Melbourne. My first rotation was with the Remediation team at Clayton South where I learned the anatomy of a landfill and all the infrastructure, equipment and team effort that supports it. I was involved with assisting the team with day-to-day operations while at the same time learning valuable knowledge with every project I was exposed to.

The remediation manager and project engineer gave me insight into what is involved when it comes to designing and engineering a landfill cell. Studying how geosynthetic layers and soil layers work in harmony to provide protection from weathering and water infiltration to the landfill cell and the waste inside was an interesting exploration.

I learnt that the waste cannot simply be dumped inside a landfill and forgotten. The waste will produce gas and liquid by-products as it decomposes for decades. These by-products must be managed by a network of infrastructure and continuously monitored.

With the help of the post closure technical lead and the post closure specialist, I conducted site inspections, which is a key component of the monitoring that occurs after a landfill has been closed. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work with contractors to understand how they operate and what their needs are when coming to fulfill the design that Cleanaway has laid out.

What has it been like to join Cleanaway as a graduate?
I feel fortunate to be a part of Cleanaway and its supportive work culture. I am greeted with colleagues who were once in the same position as me starting out in their career and have learnt from their achievements and mistakes.

I have also felt an incredible amount of support during the COVID-19 period. The company holds mental health workshops and has introduced measures to ensure that employees may continue to work in these trying times.

As our society continues to advance, our waste needs will continue to grow. Cleanaway’s goal of ensuring a safe environment for future generations is something that I am proud to be a part of. Cleanaway is making tomorrow a brighter place.
