Solid Waste services
If you’re calling to enquire about general waste, commingled recycling collection or skip bins, press 1 to access this option. From here, you can check your bookings, amend services, talk to the Sales team or book a skip.
Healthcare-related waste services
Press two for healthcare-related waste services, including sharps collections, biohazardous waste disposal, cytotoxic waste management and more. This also applies if you have medical-related secure destruction enquiries (eg. secure and certified patient records destruction).
Liquid Waste Services
To book grease trap servicing, septic tank cleaning, oily water, chemicals or hazardous waste treatment, press 3.
For industrial cleaning services, including water blasting, non-destructive digging, hydro demolition, CCTV inspections and plant shutdowns, press 5. This also includes facility management and all vacuum truck loading works.
