Counselling Support - call 1300 361 008

Cleanaway's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides 24/7 counselling and coaching support and wellbeing resources via an independent and dedicated EAP provider - LifeWorks. To talk with a Counsellor or to make an appointment phone 1300 361 008.

EAP counselling includes both telephone and face-to-face counselling provided by qualified psychologists, counsellors, social workers and mental health workers. The counselling services provided are confidential and are available to all employees and their immediate family members, at no cost for the initial 6 sessions. 

Digital Well-Being

Employees have access to LifeWorks' digital well-being, available via smart phone or website - a proactive and convenient way to support your mental, physical, social and financial well-being with online resources, tools and content, health and other assessments, exclusive perks and special offers.

To access these digital resources, download the app to your smartphone (search for LifeWorks), enter your unique invite code (CLE-firstname.surname), complete the sign-up form, and you're ready to start enjoying personalised and informative digital well-being support. You can also join via the LifeWorks website at www.login.lifeworks.com
