Contract Resources acquisition receives ACCC approval
Cleanaway Waste Management Limited (“Cleanaway”) (ASX: CWY) welcomes today’s announcement from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) that it has cleared the acquisition
of Contract Resources.
The acquisition is expected to complete on 31 July 2025.
