With over 350 sites across Australia and a fleet of over 6,400 vehicles, our driver jobs are available nationwide, with flexible shifts and different roles, such as transporting oils or solid waste.
If you’re new to truck driving, our industry-leading Driver Academy offers great quality, paid training to help drivers get their HR licence. As part of closing the gender gap in the waste management industry, we're also proud to offer our Driver Academy which is committed to addressing barriers that may prevent individuals from entering the industry.

Need your HR licence?
If you’re ready to start your career as a driver but don’t have an HR licence (Heavy Rigid licence), then our Driver Academy is for you. As a Driver Academy participant, you will undergo a paid training program to enable you to become a fully qualified heavy vehicle driver. The academy includes both theoretical and practical training, a heavy vehicle license, and ongoing support from experienced team members.
