Program structure
- Duration of up to two years, consisting of rotations, with a pathway to ongoing employment
- Opportunities across technical sites and within Corporate functions. Rotations will occur within one function
- Access to a range of in‑house development and learning opportunities
- A formal program with networking, mentoring, and the chance to deliver a project that supports Cleanaway’s future business goals.
Who can apply
- Australian or NZ citizen, or foreign citizen with Australian Permanent Residency. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- To have completed all course requirements of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, at an Australian University, within the last two years (as of Feb 2027)
- We are still finalising our exact requirements for next year, but are likely to have opportunities across several locations, suited to those studying Engineering, Environmental Science, Commerce/Business incl. Finance, Technology and Data Analytics.
