Cleanaway Graduate Program

2027 Graduate Program

Kick‑start your career with a graduate program that puts you at the forefront of building a cleaner, more sustainable Australia. At Cleanaway, our 2027 Graduate Program offers driven, curious graduates the opportunity to help shape Australia’s circular economy and contribute to meaningful, real‑world environmental outcomes. Across a structured program of up to two years, you’ll gain hands‑on experience through rotations, access formal learning and development, build networks, and set yourself up for a long‑term career in resource recovery. We welcome graduates with varied journeys and strengths, and we look beyond your academic transcript when recruiting.

Why Cleanaway

  • Join Australia’s largest provider of waste management and resource recovery solutions. We are ASX-listed and employ over 10,000 staff across over 330 sites.
  • Help Australia move toward a net‑zero future. We are leading the way in sustainability through innovation and investing in advanced technologies such as energy-from-waste and renewable fuel initiatives. These efforts are helping to reduce landfill dependency, lower carbon emissions, and protect the environment by reducing demand for natural resources.
  • Join a team that genuinely cares, where safety – physical, psychological, environmental – is at the foundation of everything we do, and where people look out for each other, celebrate achievements, and foster an inclusive culture.
