Your agreement with us consists of two key parts:

Agreement Specifics

These outline the specific details of your services, equipment and goods with us, including pricing, service frequency and any agreed variations. They take precedence over the Standard Terms if there is any inconsistency because they are specific to your offering.

Standard Terms

These set out the broader terms of service that apply across all our business offerings. They govern how we provide our services, your rights and obligations, and other key contract terms.

Types of Standard Terms

At Cleanaway, we have different types of Standard Terms, and your agreement will clearly state which one applies.

Standard Term - ongoing

For regular, scheduled services (e.g., recurring waste collection and rental equipment). From 1
July 2025 these terms have been updated.

Standard Term - ad hoc

For one-off or occasional services that do not follow a set schedule.

Standard Term - waste disposal

Standard Terms – Waste Disposal – For use of our post-collection facilities.
