What we do with skips and construction waste
When your skip bins are collected, in some states materials are transported to licensed resource recovery facilities where they are sorted and processed. This ensures that as much waste as possible is recycled or repurposed, reducing the volume sent to landfill. Recoverable materials are separated for recycling into new products like aggregates, road base, metals and timber products. Residual waste is then disposed of.
