Mind-Fit Customer & Care program sign-up

Cleanaway has partnered with Be More Mindful to offer another mental health program for our customer-facing teams. Due to the challenging situation for many across Australia, our customer interactions have shifted.

The Customer & Care session offers information about developing strategies to protect ourselves during and after challenging customer interactions.

Delivered by Kate Meadows, a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, the Mind-Fit Customer & Care program will cover topics including the ‘Why’, the ‘How’, scenario work and a Q&A.

The same Customer & Care session will be held six times across two weeks. Team members will only need to attend one session on their chosen day and time. The session runs for 1 hour and 15 minutes via Zoom.
