As part of our ongoing commitment to serve you better, we redesigned our customer service call line to give you better access to the essential services you need.

Looking for a skip bin, medical waste disposal or industrial cleaning services? We’ve made our call menu even clearer to help you identify the right team. Featuring clear, customer focused language, our optimised menu minimises time spent navigating.

Improved call menu

If you already know the service you need, you can immediately press the appropriate number instead of waiting for the complete list of options. Which of our six improved menu options will get you the service you need?

  1. Solid Waste services
    If you’re calling to enquire about general waste, commingled recycling collection or skip bins, press 1 to access this option. From here, you can check your bookings, amend services, talk to the Sales team or book a skip.
  2. Healthcare-related waste services
    Press two for healthcare-related waste services, including sharps collections, biohazardous waste disposal, cytotoxic waste management and more. This also applies if you have medical-related secure destruction enquiries (eg. secure and certified patient records destruction).
  3. Liquid Waste Services
    To book grease trap servicing, septic tank cleaning, oily water, chemicals or hazardous waste treatment, press 3.
  4. Hydrocarbons
    Press 4 to for waste oil collection and Cleanaway Equipment Services offering for mechanical workshops, including parts washers, waste oil treatment.
  5. Industrial Services
    For industrial cleaning services, including water blasting, non-destructive digging, hydro demolition, CCTV inspections and plant shutdowns, press 5. This also includes facility management and all vacuum truck loading works.
  6. Pay my bill
    If you have enquiries about paying your Cleanaway bill or would like to make a payment through the phone, press 6.

For customers who make calls over WiFi, we implemented a postcode selection option so your call will be directed to the right location. If your area isn’t found, just key in your postcode and our system will direct your call to the relevant branch.

Liquids & Health services

We are the largest hydrocarbons recycling business in Australia and a leader in the overall liquids market, collecting and processing more than 115 million litres of used oil as well as collecting and processing 680 million litres of hazardous and non-hazardous liquids. Cleanaway Daniels handles all healthcare generated waste streams, with an unrivalled national service infrastructure and best in class products and services.

Cleanaway Daniels exists to make healthcare safer for the community and provides specialised waste management to the healthcare industry. Our sharps collection and disposal service alone has reduced sharps injuries by over 80% nationwide.

In Australia, we collect 130 million litres of Used Lube Oil every year. This oil can be reprocessed and beneficially reused. Our investment in resource recovery allows us to create a recycled fuel oil as a cost-effective alternative to raw material.
