Just a few more things for you to be aware of before we can book your skip bin. The below statements form part of the Cleanaway Standard Terms and Conditions
Safety and site access:
It is essential that your bin is positioned in a safe and easily accessible location. Please do not attempt to relocate your bin without seeking guidance and approval from Cleanaway. In addition, please not the following access rules:
No locked gates or obstructions.
No overhead powerlines, window awnings, low hanging branches.
It is your responsibility to advise Cleanaway of the existence of any pipe, pit cover, underground service or anything else that may be damaged under a bin. By proceeding with this order, you indemnify Cleanaway against any damage to the same as a result of these services.
Overfilled bins are a safety risk to both you and us. If your bin is overfilled and not safe for collection, you will need to remove some items.
Waste we will NOT accept:
Hazardous material, asbestos, liquids, tires, batteries, large tree logs (30cm or more diameter).

Some councils and public property require a permit for a bin to be stationed there. It is your responsibility to obtain all permits for the placement of the bin. Cleanaway will not be liable under any circumstances for any fines that are imposed relating to the placement of the bin where directed by you.
Please ensure you've read and understood the above rules on safety, site access and waste acceptance. If through no fault of our own, Cleanaway is unable to complete your service, you may incur a missed service fee. The missed service fee is $140.
